The Grand Junction Tigers fell to Skyline last weekend on homecoming and things get no easier for the Tigers as they go on the road to take on number four Windsor.
Grand Junction started the season with four straight games at stocker stadium to begin the year.
Two out of the next three games for the Tigers will be on the Front Range taking on number four Windsor this upcoming Friday night.
“You know when you play as tough as competition as we do you win some of those league ball games. You have opportunity to do great things,” said head coach Mike Sirko.
They will then host Greeley West before hitting the road again on the 13th of October to take on Brighton.
And with a 5 hour bus ride coming up for the Tigers it will be all about stay focusing on the road trip and preparing to try and take down the Wizards on the road.
“I mean it is going to be different, it’s going to be good to see if our team handles it well, but I think we will be alright. We have had a great week of practice and we will be good,” said Junior JT Skalecki.
