D-51 Athletes sign letters on intent

Grand Junction, Fruita Monument and Palisade high school held signing day for their respective athletes.

"My goal my entire life was to be a college athlete," Palisade volleyball's Emily Tucker says. "It's really exciting that I got accomplish that."

Tucker is committed to CMU.

There were ten combined athletes from the three different schools.

"I just know I'm going to be in good hands and I'm going to be a part of something bigger than myself," Fruita basketball's Riley Snyder says. "That means more to me than I can even explain to you."

Snyder signed with Air Force Academy.

Central will hold their signing day on Thursday.
