Challenger Baseball and JUCO players came together for a day of games, food and fun.
"It feels really good to be here with them," said former challenger baseball player Zach Marolf. "It feels exciting to them and all of us and it's really happy."
This is the 20th year Challenger baseball and 15th year of having JUCO players participate.
"This isn't even about baseball," said Challenger Baseball Director Carma Brown. "This is just about an hour where love and acceptance and seeing the differences in each other and realizing we're not all that different at all. You see friendship. You see patience. There are so many words that can describe this and baseball isn't in any of them."
