GJ Rockies: Rockie road continues for Grand Junction

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) For the second night in a row the Grand Junction Rockies gave up double digits runs as they dropped game two of the series to the Ogden Raptors 14-5 at Suplizio Field.

Alfredo Garcia dropped his third game on the season taking the loss on the mound. The lefty went just two and two-third innings giving up six runs on seven hits.

The hot hitting of Coco Montes continues for Grand Junction. On Thursday night he went 3-4 with an RBI to run his hit streak to now 17 games.

The Rockies will be back in action on Friday night at Suplizio Field for another firework game with a 6:40 P.M. start time.
