GJ Rockies: Rockies end home stand on a high note

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) It was a quick start offensively for the Grand Junction Rockies on Sunday evening as they put up seven runs in the first three innings alone. The early offense led the Rockies to the 10-5 win in the series finale for their second straight victory.

Ryan Feltner the Rockies 4th round draft pick this season made his professional debut on the mound and tossed two scoreless innings for manager Jake Opitz.

The Rockies will now hit the road for seven game road trip that will begin on Tuesday in Billings. Colorado first round draft pick Ryan Rolison is expected to make his debut for Grand Junction.
