GJ Rockies: Rockies win in Rolison's debut

BILLINGS, MT. (KKCO/KJCT) The Rockies' first-round draft pick Ryan Rolison made his pro debut but it was the offense that carried Grand Junction in their 9-4 win over the Billings Mustangs on Tuesday.

Will Golsan and Grant Lavigne recorded two hits each. Lavigne added three RBI's as well.

Rolison went 2.0 innings allowing one run on one hit on a home run to Pabel Manzanero in the second inning.

Grand Junction wins their third straight and improves to 12-13 on the season. Game two of the four-game set against the Mustangs begins at 7:05 P.M. on Wednesday.
