GJ Rockies: Junction ends first half with loss to Vibes

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) The Grand Junction Rockies losing streak grew to four with a 7-5 loss to the Rocky Mountian Vibes at Suplizio Thursday night.

GJ gave up one run in each of the first two innings. The Rockies took the lead in the third on a two run home run by Christian Koss. The Vibes scored four runs over the next two innings.

Rocky Mountain tallied another run in the seventh victory and held off the Rockies to win 7-5. Grand Junction loses their fourth straight game and end the first half of the season 19-19. Game two of the series is Friday at 6:40 P.M.
