CMU Volleyball dominate in three straight sets over Adams State

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) Maverick Volleyball played their best defensive match of the season on Saturday against Adams State. They held the Grizzlies to just 23 kills.

Sophomore libero, Kerstin Layman, snagged 19 digs while Holly Schmidt reached a career-high of 10 kills.

The Mavs win 3-0 over the Grizzlies and remain with a perfect home record at 6-0.

They will stay home for the last three games beginning Friday night against the School of Mines.
