GJ Rockies lose last game in Ogden Series

Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) GJ Rockies and Ogden in the last of the series, GJ wore pink jerseys in honor of breast cancer awareness.

Starting pitcher, Alex Haynes, lasted just over an inning. The Raptors had three hits so far but Haynes allowed seven runs on four walks and that was the end of the road for Haynes. Reliever, Miguel Ausu, a lasted four innings walking three batters in his first inning and allowed five more runs. By the third inning, it was 11-2. GJ was able to get the bat on the ball and get some feet on the bags but left nine runners on all game.

Ogden stretched their lead, 19-8 win.

GJ will hit the road to face rocky mountain tomorrow afternoon.
