HS Boys Soccer: Grand Junction gets second win of season

Grand Junction boys soccer hosts Central Wednesday night. Both teams coming in with just one win under their belt, but it's the Tigers who had a dominating performance.

Tigers, Josiah Koger, scored the first two goals in the first half. The Tigers should have gotten more goals behind the night tonight but Central goalkeeper, Alejandro Jimenez, made some show-stopping plays and had his defense to help him.

Late in the first half, Central had the opportunity to avoid a shutout but the offense needed more help as they were outnumbered most of the game.

Grand Junction will take home the win, 5-0.
