The Palisade Bulldogs Baseball Team is scorching hot just in time for state playoffs. After a hot-and-cold start to the season, the Bulldogs snapped bacl to their usual dominant form, going 8-0 in the Western Slope League and rattling off 15 consecutive wins.
The Palisade Bulldogs Baseball Team took both games of their double header against the Eagle Valley Devils to close out their regular season. In doing so, not only did they extend their winning streak to fifteen games, but they also captured the Western Slope League Title for a seventh consecutive season. The title also makes it six in a row under Head Coach Nate Porter.
The Fruita Monument High School Girls Lacrosse Team came into their first-round playoff matchup against the Steamboat Springs Sailors with one thing on their mind, redemption.The Wildcats had lost to the sailors during the regular season at a score of 13-7.
